Banking on the Right Regulation - 5 October

Global Financial Strategy hosted a half-day conference on the future of banking regulation on 5 October 2011 in Brussels with policymakers from the IMF, European Commission and European Parliament.

The event - sponsored by Deloitte and Barclays - attracted senior officials, financial industry heads and 130 attendees from across the EU to discuss the state of current regulatory initiatives.

Figures such as the European Commission's Olivier Guersent and IMF assistant director Luc Everaert discussed CRD IV, the global implementation of Basel III and crisis resolution.
